Rooney Mara may have started out as a nice girl from upstate New York, but she's been steering a steady path towards style icon with her makeover for The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Gone are the forgettable frocks and pedestrian hair; in their place are architecturally-crafted gowns, an art-house-styled Louise Brooks bob, and the arrestingly beautiful combo of crimson lips and smooth, pale skin.
