I actually thought this was the worst dressed person at the event, how could your fashion people really like this.....perhaps you should go back to fashion school. she has a look only a mother would love.....pathetic.

I see nothing wrong with this dress.  Sure there is skin showing but this beats the see-thru disaster Fergie wore.

I think Rhi wears it well and she gets 2 thumbs up from me.

Is Kelly Osbourne going for the frumpy look?  What is with this girl she can't dress like a girl/woman her age?  The hair?? Good Lord girl this is meant for a retirement home.
