As the bold-neon-tinged days of summer are coming to a close, it’s time once again to make way for fall fashion’s highly anticipated entrance. Think you know autumn style inside and out? Guess again! Fabulous Furs
The fur jacket, one of the season's timeless staples, will be given an update. Enter: the fur collar, which is a playful twist. Seen on the runways of Altuzarra and Rachel Zoe, a fur-trimmed collar is a more retro (think: boho '70s) yet structured piece sure to find its way inside many department stores this fall season. (Stay tuned for high collars too.)
However, fashion on a budget should come with no sacrifices, says fashion and lifestyle expert Dawn Del Russo. "Fur accents, as seen on DSquared in a peplum style and preen fur-front jacket, are easy to find and affordable," Del Russo explains.
