This neon yellow dress boasts her signature short hemline but switches things up with a floaty skirt and blousy sleeve. And then there's the piece de resistance - those shoes. We love the chunky wedge teamed with the cobweb of straps that keep the shoe from looking too heavy. This scene-stealing outfit almost had us forget about that ring. Almost.
