The top on that skirt, makes it cheap looking.  Showing the entire arm would be more flashing.

Towing the color on top preferable white would be more appealing.

 

The skirt is Lovely  and again a sleeve, shirt top or alter top with the same fabric would be more  flattering.

The hair is good.

 

As  an upcoming fashion designer. this outfit should be one piece. If two pieces, should be worn inside and accent the waist. I  can be your stylist for less. Alter is great.

 

A more close fitted Bustier would do the trick.

"Eyeinthe Sky"....well said! You must be a woman! lol on that note, I would only add a couple things. As much as I don't think it's necessarily a diss, there's something not right about Vanessa Hudgens' dress. I think the cut is just a little off.....And also, although Geri Halliwell looks a wee bit tacky, her patriotism should be commended....that and I mean DAMN! The woman looks good for being 6 months from 40!!

Top honours this week: Kristen Davis.

Rachel McAdams: Absolute favourite? hummm.... something's wrong with this outfit. Top should be light blue; the skirt is lovely but belongs on a resort vacation.

Katherine Heigl: Dress is nice but colour is baaad.

Michelle Williams: Are you on this girl's payroll? She always gets an H from you. Vintage you say? yep! looks like my mother's tablecloth, 'nough said!

Paris is an easy target, she'll never learn so keep plucking away.

Rooney Mara: Ugly little green dress.

The rest of the group I more or less agree, HoHum.
