As soon as a woman puts on a pair of pants, there's a problem. Of course, Penelope would have been better to open the jacket and put on a blouse more suited for events, but what's wrong with pants? Unless the pants looks like a skirt or is part of a body piece fashion gurus turn up their nose... hm
