Hit: Lady in red! Kate looks so incredible in this Prabal Gurung gown that we're almost sad she didn't save it for a bigger occasion. The mermaid cut is killer for adding curves, but it's the bodice that wins us over here. That plunging neckline is beautifully accented by those knife-shaped cut-out sleeves, and her upswept hair allows those details a worthy stage. We also love that gold horn necklace - the perfect accessory to top off this fashionable win.

Geez your "writer" really has it in for Lindsay Lohan, doesn't she?  Lindsay looks a hell of a lot better in that dress that most of us would!  Poor kid.  She's obviously really messed up and it is pretty pathetic that the media keeps pummeling her into the ground and making money off her misfortunes.

I really like the dress, but she would look soooo much better & healthier is she gained some weight. 

She has gone from ultra-slim to very very skinny. Let us hope that young girls do not try to be as skinny.

What`s with the `too much skin` for Rumer? It looks nice, and other people this author wrote about showed more (and less good-looking) skin (like in the picture of Diane right before her).

The shoes do look off though.
