"Anything that's not going to stay on your face when you sweat is only going to make you look worse than you did without makeup on," says Toronto makeup artist Vittorio Masecchia. Ditch heavy powders and foundation, especially on your forehead, which is "the last place you want makeup in the summer," according to the pro. If you need coverage, use a long-wearing concealer only where necessary. Keep blotting papers in your purse to banish shine without adding more product to your face. Opt for lip and cheek stains to add colour, and a self-tanner to impart a budge-proof glow.
