WOW that was a complete watse of time. 25 "best ever" weight loss tips? How about avoiding deep fried foods, choosing lean meats, cutting back on processed foods, eating at home, etc..... or maybe getting more exercise? Instead, the author suggests you burn calories by chewing gum. How ridiculous.
