Belly fat is impossible to lose unless you never had any or are an exercise fanatic.
If it took a few "power foods" to make you desirable, who would be fat. Who would be desirable then, even thinner people. Of course there would be new power foods then.

For the past four months I have been reading a book called "The China Study" (plant based diet) and follow the recommendations ( have my cheats) but mostly follow it and I have also been adopted an exercise program called "The Bar Method" (ballet inspired workout) founder Burr Leonard. It's working for me and finally after struggling with the muffin top/gut its starting to flatten out again. But most of all I notice a big difference since I dropped meat and as much animal products out of my diet and added beans, nuts, veggies, fruit and of course M&M's. Get the book and Burr's workouts and I'm sure you will get results.
