1. Mould Gelatin Desserts
Don’t buy a fancy mould for your next birthday party or barbecue. Use a large margarine tub as the mould for a gelatin or mousse centrepiece. For individual fun gelatin dessert moulds, use the smaller tubs and put a surprise gummy or mini-marshmallow face on the top, which will show through from the bottom when the mould is inverted. The flexible tubs are easy to squeeze to release the dessert.
