We weigh in on whether you should, or shouldn't, consider dating the younger guy

I am an older woman with a younger boyfriend. The thing is I never went thru the milestones of life like other women - never married, no children - so I've never felt like I'm 50something. Dating in "my age group" was boring, too many of them are "old in the brain". As mentioned in the article my younger man is still eager to meet the challenges of the world. He recognizes and appreciates the wisdom of my extra years in dealing with those challenges and he also appreciates the steadier emotional field. I love that I have a partner who can keep up with me and doesn't try to stand in the way of my continuing to get the most out of life (white water rafting anyone?). Like other couples we have some rough spots - but we hold hands and get thru it together. I read this somewhere - don't remember where - "as long as the two of you are at the same wattage"; I think that's a great analogy. In the end if the two of you are happy and fulfilled with your relationship - make the most of it .... cheers!
