I would really hope that the dresses they are wearing in these photos are not that expensive. I couldn't bear the thought of spending thousands on a dress to wear once and then destroy it like this. If it were a cheaper dress, then yes, okay. I only spent $100 on my dress, still have it too.

Huh - I didn't have to go to much trouble to ruin my wedding dress (one of a kind, custom made) 

some fat broad who was keeping my nice stuff in storage for me decided to try it on and ripped the crap out of it.  I was hoping to pass it on to my daughter, now I only have the sash.
